You can activate free shipping for all your orders or some of your products. You can also active free shipping to apply always, or in a way that gives you the ability to turn on and off temporarily.
Method 1: This method will allow you to activate 'FREE' Shipping on all of your products temporarily. If using this method you must have previously set a full shipping grid. E.G. 'Flat Rate' with a ($) value. (skip this step if you only want to apply to only some products).
Step 1) Tick the below box. This will allow you to temporarily override your shipping grid price settings, your set zones will still apply. To turn off, simply un-tick the box & your shipping grid prices will revert back to your set grid.
Using the menu, navigate to My Account > Settings > Shipping Options > Tick the Free Shipping box

Step 1) Complete steps as per 'Method 2/Step 1' to enable 'FREE' ship zones.
Step 2) Complete steps as per 'Method 2/Step 2' by adding 'FREE' to the logistic-class column of your 'Offer' data. This is where you may choose to apply this value to only some of your products whilst leaving the remaining products with their original logistic-class (e.g. 'Flat Rate').
These settings indicate shipping charges will be NIL.
Please note, if you select this, you will not receive any shipping fees for any of your products that these steps have been applied to.
