The user can access information only according to the role assigned.
For example, when a user is assigned the role of accounting, the user can access only the statements and transaction history. This also applied for email communication from the platform.
Setting up your account user roles
Using Menu, navigate to My Accounts > User Management to assign roles for all users.
Below is a list of roles that can be assigned to a user and how they impact interactions with your Catch Marketplace account for that user.
All roles must be activated for the user an API key is generated with.
Access to Dashboard Statistics, All Email Communication, Settings, Information and User Management menus.
This user role receives all platform generated emails related to the Management of your Catch Marketplace account. If you require access to all sectors of your account, yet don't want to receive all emails then please follow our recommendation below.
Recommendation: set up a generic email address within your business and use this email to create your API key. This user will then receive all communication from the Catch Marketplace platform.
Use the attached spreadsheet to identify the email subjects sent from the Catch Marketplace and the sectors of your business these are related to.
Access to Offer dashboard, Inventory Management, Offer Messages and Mapping Configuration.
Platform generated emails related to the management of your Catch Marketplace inventory.
Access to Message system, Order and Revenue Dashboards and Order Management.
Platform generated emails related to the management of your Catch Marketplace orders.
Access to Statements and Transaction History.
Platform generated emails related to the management of the finances within your Catch Marketplace account.
Access to Message and Order dashboards, plus read-only access to Orders (able to upload documents on orders) and read-write access to Messages.
Platform generated emails related to the management of your Catch Marketplace Customer Service messages.
