- You can monitor your product imports and download error reports to better understand how to amend your data.
Using the menu navigate to My Inventory > Import From File > Track Product Imports (<---or Click here)
You will find the table with the following headers on this page.
- Created - this shows when you created the file
- Filename - the name of your file
- Origin - the origin of your file
- Status - import status review of your file
- Actions - you can download the reports generated against this import from this column (note: there are two types of errors - integration and transformation)
Once the status of the file reaches 'complete', you can check the files for the information you require.
If errors are present, you will see one, or both, of the above error reports as highlighted in yellow. ch
