Please check if you uploaded the offers for the products that are not active on your dashboard.
To check whether the offers have been added for specific sku's or not, please go to:
My Inventory > Offers list section and from left hand side filter, select All under Active offers section.
If you are unable to find the offers that means the offers were never created successfully.
In this case please import offers data for your products either by importing the feed or pushing a feed manually via your API/Integration partner portal.
Steps to import a feed manually:
- Go to My Inventory > Import from file
- Select the file/feed
- Select File Content: Offers
- Keep Import Mode: Normal (please do not select the Replacement mode)
- Click Import
Keep an eye on this import by going to: Track Offer imports section on the left hand side of the same page.
