Going on holiday? Don't forget to temporarily close your Catch Shop.
Here's what you need to know to temporarily close your Catch Shop:
1. Login to your Catch account > My Account
2. Navigate to Settings > Enter inclusive time-frames your store will be 'Closed' using the date picker.
Whilst your store is closed, your offers will not visible on the Catch Marketplace (all offers are inactive).
You can still access your shop and manage existing orders.
If a customer attempts to contact you, they'll be returned a message letting them know that you're away.
The store is still subject to subscription payment and 'Payable' balances will still be processed as applicable.
