To begin an API integration with the Catch Marketplace, you must first be in contact with a member of the Catch Team and be accepted as a seller/partner.
From here, you can begin by reading the below articles to gain a basic understanding of the integration process.
For full automation, we recommend integrating:
- product feed
- offer feed (your stock/pricing)
- order management
- customer service (optional)

Using Postman to test the Catch API
Postman is an HTTP client to help test web services easily and efficiently.
The seller must create and configure Postman to enable complete end to end testing and development within the Catch Development Environment. The details of this environment will be provided once required.
Seller to note, it is recommended as best practice to extract all categories/values/attributes from the production environment, to ensure the data is most up to date. (these can be used in the TEST environment)
Once testing is completed, the Catch team will validate the integration, you should also run your own checks to ensure the code is well integrated within your own systems.
Once the set-up has been certified, the seller will be instructed to replicate their work into the production environment.
