When setting up your API, it is best practice to set up automated order 'Acceptance'.
There is not function for this within the Catch Marketplace and this automated acceptance needs to be set up by the seller.
Issue: when setting up OR11 to retrieve orders, if time-stamps are not being recorded accurately, is it possible to accidentally skip orders at specific intervals. These orders usually end up being automatically 'rejected' by the Catch marketplace platform - this occurs for all orders after 5d.
Solution: ensure to record the time when you make the call to retrieve orders. That way the next time you call, you can request all of the orders since your previous call.
If your data is timestamped when it comes in, it can cause issues as this is not a direct reflection of the last time you called for orders.
As a reminder, when you are using the created_date as a point of reference to the last order received in the query string, you need to remember the timestamps are in Paris time, which are +2 GMT.
