A seller may reject an order in circumstances where there has been an error in the price or product description on the Website.
In these circumstances you must:
1. Refund the order in full
2. Contact the customer via the message system and apologise for the error and advise them to expect the refund within 3-5 business days via the payment method that they used for the order.
3. Immediately remove the item from Catch, or rectify the price and/or product details
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product content, images and offers and are liable for any customer service issues that occur due to errors in their product or offer data.
Products and/or stores may be removed from Catch.com.au if there are found to be recurring instances of incorrect information supplied on site.
