Refurbished products are a unique set of products to sell on a Marketplace, therefore they require a unique set of content guidelines.
To protect the customer experience, you must comply with all requested content requirements.
Product titles sent to Catch should only reflect the unique product and not include the condition of the product you are offering - as this will be automatically appended to the title by Catch.
- Acceptable = Google Pixel 3XL 64GB Pink
- will be displayed on Catch as “Google Pixel 3XL 64GB Pink - Refurbished (B Grade)” when the condition and state types of ‘Refurbished - B Grade’ are selected.
- Not acceptable = Google Pixel 3XL 64GB Pink - Refurbished (B Grade)
Catch will automatically append the condition, as submitted within your product feed, to the end of your product title.
You can view the condition of your offer (SKU) in your Catch store both on the offer and within any orders placed.
The below text should be submitted at the top of your product description for Catch.
“This item is Refurbished and has been through a professional Quality Control process and comes with a warranty. You may see some cosmetic blemishes or slight scratches and your item will arrive in brand new generic packaging with accessories included.”
